Oklahoma

We had a great time in Oklahoma last weekend visiting my brother and his family. The girls always enjoy spending time with their cousins. While the girls and I went to watch my niece graduate from Kindergarten (Way to go Jenny!) T went with my nephew on his class field trip to the Salt Plains to dig for salt crystals. That night we were also able to watch my nephew at one of his baseball practices. We had a great time! Some other highlights from our trip according to the girls: Being able to drive around town without having to wear seat belts (culture shock), S driving Uncle Mike's truck (with a little supervision), visiting Aunt Debbie's classroom and seeing Jenny's Kindergarten room, decorating Aunt Debbie and Uncle Mike's sidewalk with chalk and eating a root beer Popsicles at the same time, stopping to see Uncle Mike at work and eating really yummy ice cream (thanks Uncle Mike)! On the way back home we had a quick stop to visit one of my aunts and both grandmother's also. What a fun trip! It was so good to get away for a few days and visit family that we don't get to see enough.
