Easter morning, bright and early!
The girls enjoyed going to a family Easter celebration at my parents church on the Saturday before Easter!
Just to show off S compassionate side....there was a little boy who put some straw all over the bunny's head and as soon as he left S gently brushed all the straw off the bunny. So sweet!
The girls enjoyed making some treats out of bread, butter and sprinkles and then cutting them out in Easter shapes! Yummy! (so they say!)
S was thrilled when I found a ladybug for her! K wanted to see it as well.
Okay, funny story to go with the pictures below. Right before the egg hunt al the children sat down to hear the Easter story. K the brave child sat right in the middle to hear the story. 
At one point during the story the little boy standing up in the picture below leaned over and gave K a kiss! When we asked K about it later she dramatically explains, "I was just listening to the man talk about Jesus and that boy kissed me!" It was so cute! I told her to keep that story going for her daddy's sake!

Easter was spent mostly indoors after church and breakfast due to the rain. The girls had fun having a tea party in the living room with daddy, Tex and Ranger!
