The girls (and mom and dad!) had a great time this weekend at the Great Wolf Lodge in Grapevine! It was good to get away for a few days as a family. Here the girls are sitting with a bear in front of a very yummy bakery/ice cream store at the lodge.
Both of the girls loved the water park. However it was a big surprise when S was much more brave than her sister. K did not like the wave pool or lazy river. She cried and said she wanted to go home. However S loved everything and even wanted to go down the BIG slides (but changed her mind when daddy couldn't go with her at the same time). K and S enjoyed the kid splash area but S had to be with K most of the time for her to do much of anything!

The girls also enjoyed the cub club where the could decorate some bags to bring home with them. 
All in all it was a great weekend get away and I think both of the girls are ready to go back!
